Exterior Home Improvement (Flexible Hours)

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with a variety of exterior home improvement projects, including:
- Sidewall installation and repair
- Exterior trim installation and repair (fascia, soffits, window/door casings)
- Deck framing and construction
- Deck railing installation
- Outdoor shower construction (experience preferred, but not mandatory)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with other crew members and follow safety protocols.
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weight (tools, materials).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in carpentry or related field (e.g., construction).
- Strong understanding of carpentry principles and techniques.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools (circular saw, drill, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
